I bought these because I noticed my freezer had a slight smell to it even though it was clean. Not sure if it was the cardboard used on box foods. I used one in the fridge and one in the freezer I definitely noticed a difference. I could smell the freezer anymore when I opened it and couldn’t really smell any of the foods in the fridge either. I didn’t notice a scent from these particularly though but definitely couldn’t smell any unpleasant smells. I think they are starting to wear off now though but I have had them for quite some time so I will be buying more.
